Our Providers:
Medical Leadership You Can Trust

Experienced hospice care providers lead every plan of care at Hospice of Nebraska. Our team works together to bring expert medical support and compassionate guidance during life’s most important transitions.

The journey matters. Let us walk beside you.

What Our Hospice Care Providers Do

Our Nebraska hospice providers design and oversee care plans that reflect the needs and values of patients and their families. This collaborative approach includes:

  • The attending physician
  • Nurses
  • Social workers
  • Volunteers
  • Chaplains

This model supports patients wherever they call home — whether in a private residence, nursing home, or assisted living community.

Hospice Medical Oversight

A hospice medical director guides every care plan, reviewing clinical needs, managing symptoms, and supporting the hospice team with medical decisions.

Our chief medical officers lead with experience, ensuring consistent, quality care across our service areas.
